The Community covers three Parish Councils of Brantham, Stutton and Tattingstone. Situated on a peninsular between the rivers of the the Stour and Orwell the country side is rolling hills dotted with pretty villages and Alton reservoir set in over 400 acres of beautiful Suffolk countryside. Alton Water Sports Centre is home to an RYA recognised Sailing and Windsurfing centre and is well known for it’s wildlife, cycle rides and walks. Another notable landmark is the Royal Hospital School in Stutton. Easy to reach Ipswich or Manningtree Station with frequent train connections to Harwich, Norwich and London.
