As Club Chairman of Hadleigh Rugby Union Football Club I would like to introduce you to your local rugby club.

Hadleigh Rugby Union Football Club  is located at Layham Road Sports Ground in Hadleigh and was formed in 1984. The 1st XV reached London League Division 2 in 2004 having won promotion through Suffolk, Eastern Counties and London Leagues in impressive style and now plays in Eastern Counties Division 2

We have a thriving Youth & Minis section from under 7's through to under 17's for boys and girls with coaching sessions on Sunday mornings at Layham Road from 10:30 - 12:00. If your children have never played rugby before don't worry just let them come down and enjoy themselves playing rugby under the supervison of our qualified Coaches.

We would like to see more local businesses support their Rugby Club through sponsorship and donations and also invite new members to join. Our Clubhouse is open to Members Only.

The Club has recently applied to become a Community Amateur Sports Club and is seeking incorporated status through the Industrial & Provident Society Rules. We are delighted to announce that we have just received Lottery Grant funding from Awards For All and can acquire much needed equipment. The Club is open to everyone in the local community and we invite you all to come down and support your local rugby club.
